Abigail Cossaart, MSN, FNP-BC

Abigail Cossaart, MSN, FNP-BC is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at Carolina Digestive Health Associates, PA, with 15 locations in the greater Charlotte area, including: Belmont, Charlotte, Uptown, Concord, Davidson, Denver, Matthews, Monroe, Huntersville, University, and Pineville, North Carolina. She sees adult patients at two of the practice locations, including Matthews and Monroe-Union County.

Abigail earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University. She then advanced her education at Duke University, where she completed a Master's of Science in Nursing with a specialty of Family Nurse Practitioner.

Her interest in gastroenterology and hepatology was cultivated during her time as an Endoscopy RN and a clinical rotation as an NP student, where she developed firsthand experience and a deep appreciation for the specialty. At Carolina Digestive Health Associates, she provides patient-centered care rooted in compassion and supported by a strong foundation of clinical expertise.

Outside of work, she loves to spend quality time with her husband, their animals, family, and friends.
