Everyone at the Concord office is caring and personable. When you’re with any member of the staff you feel like you’re their only patient. For several years, Dr. Jimoh has been by my side through some incredibly challenging medical situations, and I simply cannot say enough about the care he has provided. What began as treatment for hernia and esophageal issues evolved into something far more meaningful when, last year, I unexpectedly found myself hospitalized for over a month with what is now believed to have been Guillain-Barré Syndrome—a rare autoimmune neurological condition that attacks the nervous system and can cause paralysis. Overnight, my world changed, and I faced the daunting reality of learning how to walk and live in a completely new way. Despite not being directly responsible for treating my neurological condition, Dr. Jimoh took the time to come see me in the hospital. That act of kindness and compassion meant more than I can adequately express. It reminded me that I wasn’t just another patient—I was a person he genuinely cared about. Dr. Jimoh is an exceptional physician. His knowledge, clinical judgment, and attention to detail are remarkable. But what truly sets him apart is that he “gets it.” He listens. He explains. He teaches. He takes the time to help you understand what is medically necessary and why. He is honest, authentic, and approachable in a way that immediately builds trust. This was my first time meeting Dr. Thompson. I find it difficult choosing a doctor sometimes. All you have to go on is a bio and reviews. In this case the short video Dr. Thompson recorded resonated with me. He came across as someone who was willing to listen to the patient and get as much information as possible before proceeding with a course of action. Our face to face meeting lived up to that video. He listened, took notes and asked me lots of questions, all before examining me. He was calm and reassuring which is exactly what you need when you have no idea what may be wrong with you. I left feeling comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Hate to say it but I hate going to get a colonoscopy, but the procedure was quick and efficient. I told them when I made the appointment that drinking all the stuff before hand always took me to the floor. Dr gave me some pills take took the edge off and I was able to sleep a bit that night without running to the rest room all the time ! Thank you !!

I've had Dr Depash for two separate procedures. Each time the scheduling and instructions were very detailed and clear. The day-of process was with minimal waiting and excellent care from a team of nurses. I can't say enough about how nice everyone was. I had a colonoscopy with Dr. Victoria Rothwell and, to be honest, she is one of the best doctors who has ever treated me. My first time seeing Dr. Maz was a great experience. He is very professional and kind. It was clear he had reviewed my history prior to seeing me. He asked me questions and actually listened to me and gave me all the time I needed to ask my own questions. (These concerns were not addressed by a fellow doctor in the same practice.) Doesn't even rate a star. This doctor never spent more than 60 seconds with me. Never asked me some very important questions that could have been instrumental in treating me. Didn't schedule any follow up appointments, I had to ask to see him. I had to do research and ask for different tests for him to run. Office is very unorganized. He suggested nothing other than a colonoscopy which I told him for personal reasons, I decline. My symptoms were never treated and I am still in excruciating pain. I received a call from his practice today telling me he was referring me to a GI psychiatrist and he couldn't help me. His specialty is GI and he can't help me? Horrible doctor and horrible experience.

From my first visit seeing Dr. Colvin years and years ago now, I consider myself so fortunate that I switched to seeing him as my gastroenterologist. From office visits, to colonoscopies every two years, I could not ask for a better MD. He takes his time with you, and provides compassionate care. He literally saved my colon, as a previous gastro suggested the best course of action would be to remove it. We were not on the same page. I am happy to say I still have my colon intact and it is thanks to Dr. Colvin. TMI? Maybe.

Because my last Dr retired since the last procedure I had not met Dr. Greenan ahead of time and was skeptical to trust someone I hadn't even had a conversation with yet. He appears much younger than most Dr's I have which is a welcome sign to me. He listened to my history and was attentive to what I shared ahead of the procedure. Following it, he addressed my concerns directly and provided excellent documentation of what was performed and the next steps. He gave me time and acknowledged what was important to me without minimizing my questions and concerns. With more experience and consistency with Dr. Greenan, I will have higher confidence to score 5 stars. He did not do anything wrong to earn 4/5.

Once in the procedure room, the staff informed me what was to happen, you introduced your self and then I was put under. I woke up in the post-procedure that I was prep'd in and was asked how I was doing, I was provided with a drink of choice and my wife was called in. Upper & (especially) Lower GI diagnosis and treatment can be quite… well… invasive and humbling. After all, it’s not something people like to talk about. But as Elmo from Sesame Street famously proclaimed, “Everybody Poops!”. And it is both comforting and reassuring that Doctor Rothwell and her associates & support staff do make a person feel as comfortable as possible while discussing such a private area. After all, I guess it’s safe for me to say that Doctor Rothwell has been places with me that no other human being has. During my original visit, Dr. Chand was distant and impersonal. He offered to answer any questions I had about the colonoscopy but given that I didn’t know anything about the process not even what to ask, we barely spoke. However, after the colonoscopy, he was more personal and went over the results and provided more detail than I expected given our first meeting. My suggestion is that Dr. Chand spend at least 5-10 minutes with the patient specifically those coming for the first time explaining what is the process for the procedure and what to expect. Even though those questions could be answered by a nurse or staff, patients want to hear directly from the doctor to feel at ease.

Words cannot describe what a blessing Dr.Chand has been. I feel better than I have in months. From the very first visit he treated me like I was his first priority. I had told him of my on going symptoms and that I felt my previous GI group had not taken things seriously. Dr. Chand immediately ordered lab work ; which the previous group hadn’t done. He moved with such urgency and quickly had very important testing done to get to the cause of my illness. I’m happy to say that his level of expertise and compassion has me feeling 100% better and I’m good as new! I highly recommend Dr. Chand .

The staff were all extremely professional and friendly. The RN that started the IV was exceptionally gentle. Did not feel the needle going in and it left no bruising. Would love for her to give lessons! The anesthesiologist explained everything before doing each step. The only complaint was being told to be there at 8:50 and not being taken back until after 9:30. Overall a very good experience. I will recommend this facility and Dr. Fowler.

I had both procedures back to back upper and lower before going under everyone was very nice from check in, to the nurses in the back, to everyone in the procedure room. I highly recommend him and his staff for any of your needs they seem very passionate about your health and well being. Also I had my esophagus stretched from scar tissue and he’s doing it in steps and not all at once in which I’m greatful it doesn’t feel like a heard of elephants on my chest to breath. I have complex digestive issues and Dr. Fowler is the only Gastroenterologist that has started to uncover many potential issues. Other Practices have dangerously swept my problems under the rug and they're best answer is "inconclusive" without proper testing being performed.
