I was scheduled for a 8:40 procedure. I arrived an hour early as requested but they were having a power issue and repairs were being made. They explained the situation and stated that "Dr. Chand wanted to get every one in since you went through the prep". We were given the option of rescheduling or waiting. We were given updates on the repair progress and they began taking patients back around 10:30 or 11:00. The staff was apologetic, efficient, and professional during this process. Even though it was a long day I was very satisfied with how it was handled.

I was convinced to have the procedure take place . 12/31/2024 checked in at 07:40 am . Check in , the young Lady at the window very pleasant , had a smile on her face . When called to the back , the Ladies there showed compassion and a lot of care to my needs as a patient with smiling faces . James came in to introduce himself . When I was rolled back to the room for the procedure , they were two Ladies there , both of them had smiles on their faces said good morning . I remember Dr Stephenson coming in saying good morning and asking me how I was doing , told him I was having a good day . Then James came over to administer the medicine in my arm , the next thing I remember is waking up from where I started with a smiling face looking at me asking how I was doing . I told her it was a good day . I thank each one of you how pleasant and professional each of you were . It's a Blessing to have folks like y'all taking time to each of your patients as you do . Good news after the procedure all was well . This is my 2nd experience with Dr. Jimoh. The first time I had a colonoscopy was 2 years ago. He stopped by when I was waking up from the anesthesia. He told me my results weren’t clean. He told me I had to know that they would not be; which I did not. It was disappointing to be accused of that when that was my first experience - especially when I completed all of the prep as directed. The issue was that I was chronically dehydrated; not that I did something wrong and knew before coming in that the procedure would be unsuccessful. I was referred by Dr. Freeman-Kwaku and she told me how great he would be. However, that interaction did not live up to my expectations. Because of that experience, it took me 2 years to work up the nerve to come back.

Not sure having an endoscopy followed by a colonoscopy qualifies as a ‘great experience’, but Dr.Cyzner and crew made it far less scary. It was very different procedurally than when it was done 13 years ago. My memory of it ends before they started and picks up again when they were done. They tell me I spoke to Dr.Cyzner afterward, but I have no memory of having seen him. I was terrified prior, because the prep I took last year was ineffective but brutal on my body, actually put me into a few hours of atrial fibrillation. This prep was much better tolerated. I would recommend Dr.Cyzner snd his staff, they are very efficient, understanding and friendly.

Then I had to wait over 35 mins for the Dr. to come in. This happened last year too. Hate the wait time at this office. Once the Dr came in he was very nice. It was a very fast face to face visit and I did have to stop him from leaving to answer another question I had. I do like the convenience that this office is close to my house and I will continue to go here. Just wish they could figure out how to see their patients closer to their appt time.

I was very nervous when I came to the facility as it is my first time but Dr Deal had a way if calming my fears. He was very patient with me and gave me all the information and answered all my questions with great precision and in layman terms. By the time I get to the procedure room, I was already calm and felt I'm in great hands.

Doc was great. Had to have a 2nd colonoscopy because the pills (medicine to clean me out) didn’t work. He got me back in the very next day so that I could be done with it quickly. As a former patient of Dr Purdem, I haven't found anyone who l felt was listening or treating me and not the classified symptoms with my illness until Dr. Chand. Dr. Chand took the time to listen to me, answer questions, and swiftly getting things done. He is already consulting with my oncologist ( just met Dr. Chad the first time Tuesday) and I had my EGD done this morning, he was very thorough with my results and our next steps. Already scheduled and completed my abdomen US. I'm grateful to have Dr. Chand as my physician.
