First medical professional to provide expert, comprehensive, accurate and compassionate care. He put my medical needs before all other factors, warned me off continuing treatments which would cause harm to my kidneys, and supported the need to see a hematologist. This is my first time seeing Dr. Patel, my previous doctor retired. It was a very pleasant experience and fast. I think I was only out for like 17 minutes. Plus, I had good results. I guess I will continue coming for a while as my family's longevity is large. My mother lived me 97. I am 74. How many more times should I come?

The pre office visit a week before my procedure was a joke. We had to wait 45 mins in the room to meet with the doctor. The doctor wasn't even aware why I was there. He asked me questions for about 5mins of a scan i had done. He didn't go over any of the results with me to explain why I needed to come for a pre procedure office visit. Then was sent to the scheduling lady, she went over does and don't so fast like a robot she forgets we don't do this every day. The office visit $80 charged for five mins of questions that could have been done over the phone. When I called the manager about the issues I was given the brush off and told it's procedure. There was no empathy or concerns about it. On a lighter note the day of procedure with the people next door. They could not of been any nicer or more professional. They were perfect and caring. I would give them a "6" stars. They went above and beyond.

Very rude. Let me suffer for months and sending me around the world to other doctors. Finally on third visit he told me I needed a speech therapist. Why didn’t he know earlier. He was very hateful because I was upset and frustrated. I had every right to be after all I had been thru when the answer was that simple. Will never return to that office again.

Dr. Narang did a wonderful job with my husband’s emergency procedure. We are very grateful. However, he needs an additional procedure that we have tried repeatedly to schedule and it is only possible to speak to an AI assistant. She tells us we have to speak to the department to schedule the procedure, but the phone cuts off after 4 rings and it is impossible to contact them. Have sent texts and emails as well. Not sure if any office staff actually works at this establishment.Incredibly frustrating. It looks like I’ll have to drive across town to book an appointment- IF anyone is actually there.

I had the combined colonoscopy and endoscopy. Everything was overwhelming positive regarding the procedure itself, primarily because of the modern sedation. I slept through the entire process and waking up with no memory of it. I had no grogginess, sore throat, abdominal pain, gas or bloating. I was pain free. This was my first time meeting Dr. Thompson. I find it difficult choosing a doctor sometimes. All you have to go on is a bio and reviews. In this case the short video Dr. Thompson recorded resonated with me. He came across as someone who was willing to listen to the patient and get as much information as possible before proceeding with a course of action. Our face to face meeting lived up to that video. He listened, took notes and asked me lots of questions, all before examining me. He was calm and reassuring which is exactly what you need when you have no idea what may be wrong with you. Doesn't even rate a star. This doctor never spent more than 60 seconds with me. Never asked me some very important questions that could have been instrumental in treating me. Didn't schedule any follow up appointments, I had to ask to see him. I had to do research and ask for different tests for him to run. Office is very unorganized. He suggested nothing other than a colonoscopy which I told him for personal reasons, I decline. My symptoms were never treated and I am still in excruciating pain. I received a call from his practice today telling me he was referring me to a GI psychiatrist and he couldn't help me. His specialty is GI and he can't help me? Horrible doctor and horrible experience.

From my first visit seeing Dr. Colvin years and years ago now, I consider myself so fortunate that I switched to seeing him as my gastroenterologist. From office visits, to colonoscopies every two years, I could not ask for a better MD. He takes his time with you, and provides compassionate care. He literally saved my colon, as a previous gastro suggested the best course of action would be to remove it. We were not on the same page. I am happy to say I still have my colon intact and it is thanks to Dr. Colvin. TMI? Maybe.

Because my last Dr retired since the last procedure I had not met Dr. Greenan ahead of time and was skeptical to trust someone I hadn't even had a conversation with yet. He appears much younger than most Dr's I have which is a welcome sign to me. He listened to my history and was attentive to what I shared ahead of the procedure. Following it, he addressed my concerns directly and provided excellent documentation of what was performed and the next steps. He gave me time and acknowledged what was important to me without minimizing my questions and concerns. With more experience and consistency with Dr. Greenan, I will have higher confidence to score 5 stars. He did not do anything wrong to earn 4/5.

Your prep team was great. They were friendly, professional and informative and made sure I was comfortable. The nurse anesthesiologist was also friendly, informative and professional. Once in the procedure room, the staff informed me what was to happen, you introduced your self and then I was put under. I woke up in the post-procedure that I was prep'd in and was asked how I was doing, I was provided with a drink of choice and my wife was called in. The whole experience was professional and efficient. The best I could hope for.

Upper & (especially) Lower GI diagnosis and treatment can be quite… well… invasive and humbling. After all, it’s not something people like to talk about. But as Elmo from Sesame Street famously proclaimed, “Everybody Poops!”. And it is both comforting and reassuring that Doctor Rothwell and her associates & support staff do make a person feel as comfortable as possible while discussing such a private area. After all, I guess it’s safe for me to say that Doctor Rothwell has been places with me that no other human being has. And, granted, I’d feel awkward and self-conscious if I bumped into her out in public, but in her office setting she manages to allay all my worries and concerns.
