Very rude. Let me suffer for months and sending me around the world to other doctors. Finally on third visit he told me I needed a speech therapist. Why didn’t he know earlier. He was very hateful because I was upset and frustrated. I had every right to be after all I had been thru when the answer was that simple. Will never return to that office again.

Dr. Narang did a wonderful job with my husband’s emergency procedure. We are very grateful. However, he needs an additional procedure that we have tried repeatedly to schedule and it is only possible to speak to an AI assistant. She tells us we have to speak to the department to schedule the procedure, but the phone cuts off after 4 rings and it is impossible to contact them. Have sent texts and emails as well. Not sure if any office staff actually works at this establishment.Incredibly frustrating. It looks like I’ll have to drive across town to book an appointment- IF anyone is actually there.

I had the combined colonoscopy and endoscopy. Everything was overwhelming positive regarding the procedure itself, primarily because of the modern sedation. I slept through the entire process and waking up with no memory of it. I had no grogginess, sore throat, abdominal pain, gas or bloating. I was pain free. I was dreading the prep more than anything, but the actual procedure was a breeze. Dr. Stephenson, and the nursing team were incredibly kind, making a potentially awkward and stressful situation completely comfortable. The entire office/medical staff were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Sadly that is not the case in many places I’ve been in the past, and it was very nice to experience the difference. For several years, Dr. Jimoh has been by my side through some incredibly challenging medical situations, and I simply cannot say enough about the care he has provided. What began as treatment for hernia and esophageal issues evolved into something far more meaningful when, last year, I unexpectedly found myself hospitalized for over a month with what is now believed to have been Guillain-Barré Syndrome—a rare autoimmune neurological condition that attacks the nervous system and can cause paralysis. This was my first time meeting Dr. Thompson. I find it difficult choosing a doctor sometimes. All you have to go on is a bio and reviews. In this case the short video Dr. Thompson recorded resonated with me. He came across as someone who was willing to listen to the patient and get as much information as possible before proceeding with a course of action. Our face to face meeting lived up to that video. He listened, took notes and asked me lots of questions, all before examining me. He was calm and reassuring which is exactly what you need when you have no idea what may be wrong with you. Doesn't even rate a star. This doctor never spent more than 60 seconds with me. Never asked me some very important questions that could have been instrumental in treating me. Didn't schedule any follow up appointments, I had to ask to see him. I had to do research and ask for different tests for him to run. Office is very unorganized. He suggested nothing other than a colonoscopy which I told him for personal reasons, I decline. My symptoms were never treated and I am still in excruciating pain. I received a call from his practice today telling me he was referring me to a GI psychiatrist and he couldn't help me. His specialty is GI and he can't help me? Horrible doctor and horrible experience.

Because my last Dr retired since the last procedure I had not met Dr. Greenan ahead of time and was skeptical to trust someone I hadn't even had a conversation with yet. He appears much younger than most Dr's I have which is a welcome sign to me. He listened to my history and was attentive to what I shared ahead of the procedure. Following it, he addressed my concerns directly and provided excellent documentation of what was performed and the next steps. He gave me time and acknowledged what was important to me without minimizing my questions and concerns. With more experience and consistency with Dr. Greenan, I will have higher confidence to score 5 stars. He did not do anything wrong to earn 4/5.

Your prep team was great. They were friendly, professional and informative and made sure I was comfortable. The nurse anesthesiologist was also friendly, informative and professional. Once in the procedure room, the staff informed me what was to happen, you introduced your self and then I was put under. I woke up in the post-procedure that I was prep'd in and was asked how I was doing, I was provided with a drink of choice and my wife was called in. The whole experience was professional and efficient. The best I could hope for.

Upper & (especially) Lower GI diagnosis and treatment can be quite… well… invasive and humbling. After all, it’s not something people like to talk about. But as Elmo from Sesame Street famously proclaimed, “Everybody Poops!”. And it is both comforting and reassuring that Doctor Rothwell and her associates & support staff do make a person feel as comfortable as possible while discussing such a private area. After all, I guess it’s safe for me to say that Doctor Rothwell has been places with me that no other human being has. And, granted, I’d feel awkward and self-conscious if I bumped into her out in public, but in her office setting she manages to allay all my worries and concerns.

During my original visit, Dr. Chand was distant and impersonal. He offered to answer any questions I had about the colonoscopy but given that I didn’t know anything about the process not even what to ask, we barely spoke. However, after the colonoscopy, he was more personal and went over the results and provided more detail than I expected given our first meeting. My suggestion is that Dr. Chand spend at least 5-10 minutes with the patient specifically those coming for the first time explaining what is the process for the procedure and what to expect. Even though those questions could be answered by a nurse or staff, patients want to hear directly from the doctor to feel at ease.

Everything, from scheduling to the colonoscopy was efficient. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Colvin and procedure staff were exceptional! I always have my procedure done by him, always a great experience !

Virginia Beam - patient just called and said she thinks the world of Dr Thompson and she says he better not retire anytime soon or she will call him and give him a tongue lashing! She said Dr. Thompson has a good bedside manner and really shows concern for his patients.

So far so good. Now my 4th different GI specialist, but the only one to take active steps on figuring out what’s going on with me. Appreciate that he started with what seems to be a basic step, and didn’t go directly to medication as the others did.
