Not sure having an endoscopy followed by a colonoscopy qualifies as a ‘great experience’, but Dr.Cyzner and crew made it far less scary. It was very different procedurally than when it was done 13 years ago. My memory of it ends before they started and picks up again when they were done. They tell me I spoke to Dr.Cyzner afterward, but I have no memory of having seen him. I was terrified prior, because the prep I took last year was ineffective but brutal on my body, actually put me into a few hours of atrial fibrillation. This prep was much better tolerated. I would recommend Dr.Cyzner snd his staff, they are very efficient, understanding and friendly.

Small office in Belmont. Front desk staff are nice. Got there at 10:30 for a 10:40 appt. No one in the waiting room so I expected to be seen fast. Took about 15 mins for the nurse to take me back. Then I had to wait over 35 mins for the Dr. to come in. This happened last year too. Hate the wait time at this office. Once the Dr came in he was very nice. It was a very fast face to face visit and I did have to stop him from leaving to answer another question I had. I do like the convenience that this office is close to my house and I will continue to go here. Just wish they could figure out how to see their patients closer to their appt time.

Doctor Cyzner & the nursing staff, along with the anesthesiologist were great! All were kind, attentive, and caring. the anesthesiologist was hilarious! the nursing staff were on point & respectful. The only issue that comes to mind, is the scheduler with whom i spoke with. appeared to be a 3rd party from across the pond. As I spoke with & questioned the "prep" prescription, he challenged me and said my insurance would pay for it! Well, my insurance paid $150 & i had to pay $60. (PLENVU) - unbelievable! nor did the product work for me and will require procedure to be done AGAIN! ugh. This prescription torn my hinny up - red ass cheeks and hemorrhoids! I recommend, in the patient "prep" instructions to include "hinny" care such as Desitin or Balmex! Something to protect the hinny! Overall, i am satisfied with the procedure staff & Doctor. it is what it is. i will continue to have my colonoscopy done as part of my wellness examination - it is necessary! My experience at the facility with the checking, nurses and doctors was great - top notch. Follow-up was good. Only reason for four stars was the experience leading up to the procedure. When I first booked the appointment, I received a confirmation email with a link to the instructions in the body. I had to reschedule my appointment. I created an account on your patient portal and filled out the information. As my appointment approached, I looked for pre-procedure instructions in the portal, none were posted - a big miss as far as I'm concerned. I didn't receive an email leading up to the procedure with instructions. Good thing I remembered the initial email from four month before and was able to locate it (took some effort). I suggest you post the instructions in the patient portal to make it easy. Other than filling out the medical history info, the portal offers nothing. Besides that minor inconvenience, the overall experience from booking through the procedure was very good. Dr. Narang and the staff at the center were great. Will come back for my next coloscopy.

I have to give him credit he did do everything he could do to get new medication. But since, have relocated and can not get M.A. or any staff to forward my records with a referral, the doctor knows I am very ill, and need to be under a doctor's care. The lack of care for other's situation. Wow.

Appointment was at 10 AM I was out by 11 AM You Cannot beat that. Dr Thompson was up to his high standards and everything was very professional.

Dr. Rothwell made me feel extremely comfortable despite my being very nervous during my banding process. She was attentive and such a kind person. She is one of the best physicians that I have experienced in quite some time.

Dr. Narang stretched my throat was in severe pain he sent me by ambulance to hospital. I was sent a bill for over 300 dollars to go 3 miles up the road. I don’t think I should be responsible for the bill. Will not return again.
